Magnetic tape is made of ferrite magnet powder and synthetic rubber or plastic (CPE,NBR etc.) by Extrusion process. Flexible magnetic strip can be bent, twisted, coiled, punched, and otherwise machined into almost any shape without loss of magnetic energy.

Sizes available
The standard sizes are materials with thickness 1.5mm, width(12.7mm, 25.4mm) and length 215m. Special sizes could be easily produced upon request with limitations: Thickness: > 1mm; Length: up to 300m.

Surface Lamination
We are able to laminate various decorative material onto the non-magnetic face of Magnetic sheet, White PVC vinyl, Colourful PVC vinyl, PP vinyl, Double-sided self adhensive, dry wipe finish, etc. The magnetic face would always be coated with UV coating.

Magnetizing
Flexible magnetic strip is always multiple pole magnetized with magnetic pitch 3.175mm.

Working temperature & Flexibility
The working temperature is recommended from -26 oC to 71 oC. At 20 oC, the materials above can be coiled to a 12.7mm radius without cracking.
